Head Partner Service

Your Mission

 

As Head Partner Service, you will lead the end-to-end customer order, export, and logistics processes while driving operational excellence and developing a high-performing team. You will ensure timely deliveries, regulatory compliance, process optimization, and outstanding service for our global partners.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Partner Service team.
  • Manage customer orders from quotation through invoicing.
  • Oversee export documentation and Swiss export compliance.
  • Ensure efficient customs processing via the e-Trans system.
  • Manage outbound logistics, transport providers, and freight costs.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of products, samples, marketing materials, and event supplies according to Incoterms.
  • Coordinate shipments to laboratories, universities, KOLs, service providers, and authorities.
  • Monitor delivery performance (CTI), report KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Verify export-related invoices and control logistics costs.
  • Drive process optimization and lead cross-functional projects.

 

Your Profile

  • Export Manager qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss export regulations and international trade processes.
  • Advanced SAP S/4HANA expertise, particularly in SD.
  • Experience with CIP/TPS methodologies and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of medical device regulations and basic GMP requirements.
  • Proven leadership experience with strong coaching and team development skills.
  • Analytical, proactive, and results-driven personality.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
