We offer five exciting apprenticeships at our sites in Root and Wolhusen. We want to help shape your career prospects and get your professional life off to a flying start in a way that offers you plenty of variety and actually reflects what goes on in practice. Our highly motivated vocational trainers are on hand with support as you work collaboratively in an international environment. Assigned interesting tasks and plenty of responsibility, we prepare you for your professional future. An exciting and varied period of training awaits you in a diverse working environment that still retains a family feel.

Events at Geistlich

There are four key dates for apprentices to put in their diaries: a summer barbecue, a hiking trip in the autumn, a Christmas party and the social event for apprentices and vocational trainers. 

Holidays

The annual holiday entitlement for apprentices is 6 weeks per calendar year.

Catering

Apprentices can enjoy a balanced meal at the staff restaurant "Ossolino" in Wolhusen for a reduced price. Fruit, water, tea and coffee are freely available to the apprentices.

Youth and Sport

For youth work within the framework of youth and sports, learners receive 5 paid working days per calendar year.

Salary

Geistlich pays apprentices an above-average salary as well as a 13th month's pay.

Expenses

Apprentices are fully reimbursed for the costs of inter-company courses "ÜK", necessary school fees and materials, school laptop and any mandatory language study trips.
