Specialist Foreign Trade & Process Excellence

Your Responsibilities

 

Order Management & Foreign Trade Operations

 

  • Manage international customer orders from order entry to delivery and invoicing.
  • Act as a key contact for international customers, distributors and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate international shipments, transport bookings and trade documentation, ensuring customs compliance.
  • Monitor order execution and resolve operational issues in collaboration with Sales, Logistics and Warehouse.
  • Support daily Partner Services operations and ensure business continuity.

 

Process Excellence & Digital Transformation

 

  • Analyze, standardize and continuously improve Partner Services and foreign trade processes.
  • Lead cross-functional improvement and transformation projects from concept to implementation.
  • Drive the optimization and digitalization of SAP S/4HANA processes and automation initiatives.
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards and process documentation to improve transparency and performance.
  • Partner with the Head of Partner Services and relevant departments to translate business needs into sustainable solutions.

 

Your Profile

 

  • Higher education in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business Information Systems or a comparable field.
  • Several years of experience in Process Management, Operational Excellence, Supply Chain or Customer Service Operations.
  • Strong SAP knowledge, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
  • High level of ownership, reliability and initiative.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Knowledge of Lean Management, Continuous Improvement and international trade is an advantage.
