Head KOL Development & Management

Shape the Future of Global KOL Engagement

At Geistlich, we combine scientific excellence with innovation. We are looking for an experienced and relationship-driven professional to lead the development and management of our international Key Opinion Leader (KOL) network in implant dentistry and regeneration.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and further develop the international KOL Development Program, including budget ownership and execution
  • Establish and optimize scalable global KOL management processes
  • Manage and grow the Geistlich Alumni Community through networking events and engagement initiatives
  • Develop communication strategies and content for international KOLs
  • Define and monitor global KOL KPIs in collaboration with local affiliates
  • Partner closely with affiliate KOL managers to support local objectives
  • Personally manage a group of international Key Opinion Leaders
  • Identify, recruit, and develop new opinion leaders

 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Dentistry, or a related field
  • Experience working with KOLs, ideally in implant dentistry, regeneration, or the medical device industry
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without formal authority
  • Collaborative, empathetic, and highly organized personality
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) is an advantage
  • Self-driven, reliable, and confident in interacting with leading experts
  • Willingness to travel internationally (20–30%)
  • Fluent in English
  • German, French, Spanish or Italian language are a plus

Open to locations worldwide, preferably in a European market with Geistlich presence (United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, France)
