Senior Manager Partnering, Regenerative Technologies

The Senior Manager Partnering will be responsible for implementing the product portfolio strategy in alignment with Geistlich’s overall strategy. This role involves close collaboration with Partners and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the fields of Wound Care and Aesthetics. The successful candidate will drive the partnering strategy and tactics for both existing and future products, implement sales and marketing activities and facilitate product and market research to identify new opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities: 


•    Implement the product portfolio strategy in line with Geistlich’s strategy and in close cooperation with

      Partners and KOLs in Wound Care and Aesthetics

•    Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends
•    Drive partnering strategy and tactics for the existing product portfolio and future products
•    Create and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
•    Support Partners in training, marketing activities, including the development of communication and

      advertising materials, as well as clinical, technical and training materials during

      the Market and Technology Assessment and Execution Phases
•    Facilitate product and market research, landscape analyses and price comparisons

      to support new opportunities and market growth
•    Identify, evaluate and select potential new Partners in line with Geistlich's objectives and partnership model
•    Develop transfer pricing and financial information in collaboration with Business Development and Finance

      to support partnering discussions and decisions
•    Manage Partner contracts according to established general terms and conditions, coordinating

      with Marketing, Legal, Finance, Business Development and other internal departments as required
•    Collaborate with internal departments (Product Development, Project Portfolio Management, Marketing, Production,

      Supply Chain, Medical Education, Clinical Affairs, Finance and Regulatory & Quality Affairs)

      to align and support for Partnering activities

•    Interface with partners and internal departments to manage forecasting and order placement,

     ensuring fulfilment of long-term supply contracts
•    Responsibility for OPEX, Mid-Term Planning (MTP) and Budget Planning (BUD) cycles based

     on strategic intents of GPAG
•    Reporting of Partnering sales and KPIs
•    Responsibility for sales-related processes of Geistlich’s Quality System as applicable to Partnering
•    Representation at international and national congresses as well as support in the planning and organisation of events

 

Qualifications:


•    Completed studies in a relevant field such as health sciences, medical technology, biotechnology

     or a comparable qualification

•    Proven experience (at least 5 years) in business development, partner management sales,

      marketing or a related role within the healthcare industry
•    Strong understanding of the Wound Care and Aesthetics markets
•    Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
•    Project management skills and attention to detail
•    Independent, creative and solution-oriented thinking with practical implementation skills,

     as well as a high degree of initiative, resilience and flexibility
•    Enjoyment of relationship management with international KOLs
•    Empathetic team player with the willingness to work in cross-departmental teams
•    Open-minded, innovative and motivated
•    Very good written and spoken German and English skills (other languages are an advantage)
